Your tires are the only part of your vehicle that actually touches the road when you drive. It only takes a couple of minutes of maintenance each month to keep your tires working at their best. - Always use recommended air pressure based on axle weight--never more or less.
- Never continue to run on a flat tire--getting to the nearest truck stop will always cost you more.
- Check air pressure and tire wear regularly.
- Use Continental's patented visual alignment indicators to check for misalignment weekly.
- Mismatching rear dual tires will always cause rapid irregular wear. Rule of thumb--no more than four 32nd difference in tread.
- Don't be a caveman--a stick is not a sufficient substitute for an air pressure gauge!
- Running on slick tires is deadly and can cause a casing failure which will cost you more to repair.
- Replacing worn tires with Continental products will almost always save you $$$$!
