Production Purchasing is structured into four separate Product Lines: Electronic Brake Systems, Actuation Systems, Foundation Brakes, and Electronic Air Suspension. This structure is established both in Teves Europe and North America. Although we have four separate Product Line Purchasing groups, we also evaluate and manage our suppliers by commodity on a global basis.

Non Production Purchasing has both centralized and decentralized staffs. This means that the centralized buying staff aggregates contracts for all Teves North America locations, and that the decentralized buying staff members support the requirements of the individual plant locations.

There is also a Minority Business Development department established to assist the Purchasing organization. This department handles all Minority Business Development activities for all of Continental North America.
