Continually we ensure we are meeting or exceeding the needs of our OEM customer base. The expectations outlined below will enable us and our supplier community to successfully meet the many needs of our automotive customers.

Quality Requirements:

• TS 16949:2002
• ISO 14001
• Achieve 0 PPM for Production, Service and Direct Ship on an Annualized Basis

Commercial Requirements:

• Annual productivity based on industry demands is expected from all suppliers
• Submit suggestions into our Product Improvement Program
• Support service requirements at production pricing for the duration of our customer agreement

Delivery Requirements:

• 100% on time delivery

Continuous Improvement:

• Work with Continental Teves to implement best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, VA/VE, etc.)
• Supplier plant assessments are available to suppliers
• Achieve J4000 certification

eBusiness:

• Full EDI capability (ANSI X12)
