Principle of operation Integrated control unit for the activation and regulation of a double-clutch transmission consisting of two sub-gearboxes which can each be switched on and off by a clutch to allow for operation without torque interruption during gear shift. The control unit takes over the following tasks: - Activation of the clutches (prop valves) with measurement of the clutch pressure
- Activation of 4 gear shifters (4 PWM valves, 1 SW valve) with displacement measurement
- Activation of 2 safety valves (SW-valve), one each per sub-gearbox
- Activation of the main pressure (prop valve)
- Activation of the cooling oil pressure (prop valve)
- Measurement of the clutch speeds (primary, secondary)
- Measurement of the output speed (with pre/post-detection)
- Measurement of the transmission temperature
