Our engineers have developed a modular system for rapid design and assembly of brake actuation systems and modules. The systems and modules are produced ready for assembly. A ready-to-assemble actuation module, for example, can contain a brake booster, tandem master cylinder, ABS/TCS/ESP, pedal box, pedals, and master cylinder for the clutch operation. This has helped vehicle manufacturers dramatically reduce costs, reduce development time and also improve quality. We continuously develop improved components according to our motto "more powerful, lightweight, compact". Product Range - Tandem master cylinders
- Brake pressure regulators
- Vacuum brake boosters
- Hydraulic brake boosters
- Active brake boosters for ESP-precharge and ACC (adaptive cruise control)
- Brake Assist
Active Booster The active booster has sensor and electronically operated solenoid to allow the brakes to be applied in response to an electrical signal. Brake Assist The Mechanical Brake Assist is a mechanical, dynamically switched brake assist system. In comparison with the electronically controlled systems on the market, this system is distinguished by improved operation comfort, and drastically reduced cost. The Mechanical Brake Assist replaces the sensor required in electronically controlled brake assist to detect pedal velocity with the inertial effect of an intelligent mechanism. At high pedal velocities, this mechanism triggers the brake assist effect. This mechanism also takes on the task of the solenoids used in electrical brake assist. Adjustable Pedal The introduction of adjustable pedals to the marketplace offers drivers the option of moving accelerator and brake pedals fore or aft by approximately 3 inches. The touch of a remote keypad prompts an eletromechanical drive mechanism to move pedals simultaneously, or the driver can adjust manually by push button in the vehicle. Adding the ability to adjust the pedals helps drivers keep their seat at a safe distance from the steering wheel and at a height that provides good visibility.
