HOW IT WORKS: If you need assistance call 877-TRUKFIX, please have your ContiFleet account number handy.

1. In case roadside assistance is needed, the Truk Fix coordinator will verify your account, pinpoint your location and gather all necessary service information including your prequalified credit card information.
2. The Truk Fix coordinator will contact the nearest approved service vendor and provide you with an estimated time of arrival.
3. Once it is determined that the vendor accepts the job, Truk Fix will track the case until your vehicle is on the road again.
4. TrukFix will charge your credit card or other accepted forms of payment a $35.00 processing fee for Continental Tire products and related services using an authorized Continental Dealer. Other services are subject to additional fees.
