Continental insists on excellence, innovation and the continued development of our team. To maintain that competetive edge and to generate new and exciting ideas, Continental must also always cultivate and develop talent. This development starts with the annual performance meetings that are held with you and your direct supervisor. During these meetings with your superviosr, a tailor-made development program is agreed upon. Thi splan continues. for instance, with our “cross moves” initiative with which we promote an understanding for the different fields, functions and cultures.
