A: Please allow 10 – 12 weeks for delivery. You can also check the status of your redemption online at  http://rebates.continentaltire.com at anytime. 

Q: I sent in my redemption form and now I have moved, what should I do?
A: Tell us your new address and we will work to have the GPS unit rerouted to address. 

Q: I received my GPS unit but it is broken?
A: Please contact Continental GPS Headquarters via email or phone and we will ship out another one to you with a prepaid return label to send the broken unit back to us.

Q: Where can I find out information about the TomTom EASE GPS system?

Q: Does this GPS unit come with a warranty?
