ContiLifeCycle (CLC) comprises of different modules that can be freely selected and combined. These modules are: Continental New Tyres, ContiCasingManagement, ContiRetreads and Regrooving. Which combination fits economically best is individually different for each fleet. We can support the decision process with our experienced sales representatives.

How can I find out which solution is the best for me as a fleet?
ContiLifeCycle Configurator is a tool designed to help find the best solution. The best economical solution depends on many factors such as application, axle position, mileage etc. For each fleet, our Continental Sales representative feed the ContiLifeCycle Configurator with the relevant data and calculate the most benecial combination.

Which retread solutions does Continental offer?
Continental offers ContiRe, the hot retreaded tyre as well as ContiCasingManagement. ContiRe are produced with the same high quality standards as Continental new tyres. A standardised quality system with endurance and safety testing ensures that ContiRe meet superior quality standards.

Do you use only Conti Casings and Conti Compounds for ContiRe?
With ContiRe we only use perfect Conti casings, the same compounds, pattern designs and also a corresponding manufacturing process as for new tyres. 

How can I use ContiCasingManagement?
Conti offers fleets and dealers the opportunity to take back Continental casings within a lean and fast process. Continental offers an attractive casing value, for further details please contact your sales representatives.
