Technical Information Service

Our technical service bulletins offer regular reports to customers, detailing technical and service subjects that impact upon their business. It helps us maintain an important dialogue with our customers, keeping them informed of all of the latest developments.

These bulletins are provided by our technical services partner, entyrety and are available on subscription, at an annual cost of £50 for e mail format or £100 for a hard copy. For more information contact us.

Technical Support Hotline

Our dedicated telephone helpline allows you access to the latest information concerning tyre legislation, vehicle legislation, tyre specifications and general advice on any tyre related issues. Just ring our technical services partner, entyrety, on 0906 302 3839*or visit them on www.entyrety.co.ukor on www.entyretyshop.co.uk.  Lines are open 08.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Outside office hours, an answer-phone is available, and we will respond to your message as quickly as possible.

Technical Field Support

The best service relies a great deal on the personal touch and our staff have the training, experience and dedication to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Our Technical Field Support Unit provides comparative product performance for Continental Group and competitive products, as well as invaluable advice on applications and optimum operating conditions. Training Services

As part of the support we offer to our customers, we manage training programmes for their staff, tailored to individual requirements. 

Our technical services partner, entyrety, web address www.entyrety.co.uk or www.entyretyshop.co.uk, offers a range of courses accredited by the Institute of the Motor Industry. They are regionally based at conveniently located centres in Great Britain. Leading industry experts have developed the courses including commercial tyre fitting, roadside breakdown procedures and safety awareness, optimising fleet tyre usage and a variety of sales courses encompassing customer care and telephone skills. Product Adjudication

Continual monitoring of our performance ensures that our rigourous quality standards are maintained. Product adjudication is a fast response service, dealing with product complaints and queries.  It helps identify causes of poor product performance and offers advice on how to prevent a re-occurrence.
