The ContiPremiumContact 2 tyre has been specially developed to respond to the growth in popularity of mid range and luxury cars and sets new standards in braking performance, longevity, and high-speed stability.

ContiPremiumContact 2 is a direct response to the motor industry's desire for ever faster, more powerful vehicles but delivers that which market trends show is still a top priority for end users - safety.

The new tyre's stunning performance is made possible by a combination of innovations, not least of which is its exceptional tread pattern design featuring a distinctive 3D groove.

This groove incorporates both shallow and steep sides to ensure tread block stability and a large contact area between tyre and road at all times, providing greater driver control under cornering in both wet and dry conditions.

Additional technologies including an innovative tyre contour and the use of a third generation silica compound then bring further rolling resistance and noise benefits to the design.
