The new ContiComfortKit - Seals punctures at the touch of a button

The ContiComfortKit is the new and convienent way to temporarily repair your tyre puncture. The small, portable device is simple to use. One end plugs into the car’s cigarette lighter or 12 volt outlet and the other goes onto the flat tyre’s valve. It then pumps a mixture of liquid sealant and air into the tyre to effectively seal the puncture from the inside and re-inflates the tyre.

From start to finish, the job takes just 7 minutes and you can then get back on your way, driving up to 125 miles at a maximum speed of 50mph - enabling you to easliy get to a tyre retailer to get the tyre inspected and either repaired or replaced.

The ContiComfortKit is ideal for people who

• don't want the risk of trying to change a wheel at the side of the road

In issue no. 24 – 2005, the German car magazine Autobild put different brands and types of emergency tyre repair kits to the test (incl. sprays, tubes and compressors).
