Qualified engineers are hard to come by. What is often missing are technical study programs with an international and interdisciplinary focus. In an age of globalization, this is an especially rough challenge for a high-tech global player such as Continental. The time had come to approach this problem in detail and effectively: with the Global Engineering Excellence Initiative (GEE). In cooperation with top international universities, this initiative allows us to concentrate on one comprehensive goal:

• To make global competence a key qualification in engineering study programs.

 What we expect from engineers with professional experience, of course, is in line with this requirement: We seek “dynamic engineers” with multicultural professional and personal competencies. An energetic personality ready to tackle the future with us.
