What does the Scholarship Program mean?

If you have above-average grades and you successfully pass the selection process, we will:

• Pay you a monthly scholarship allocation for 9 months each year until you graduate
• Offer you the possibility to make paid summer practice inside our company
• Offer you the possibility to make your diploma project inside our company
• Offer you at graduation a job suited to your specialization

Common conditions for all locations:

• You will not work for another company during the time you will receive the scholarship;
• You do not recieve scholarship from another company.

Specific information about scholarships offered in the different locations
Timisoara and Iasi		Sibiu
The monthly amount of the scholarship is 670 RON, meaning 6030 RON per year. You may apply for a scholarship if: You are student in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of study at Automation and Computers, Electronics and Telecommunications or Informatics faculty (will receive scholarship until bachelor’s degree); You are master student at Automation and Computers, Electronics and Telecommunications or Informatics faculty (will receive scholarship until master’s degree); Your last year of study marks’ average is higher than 8.50, you are between the first 20% students from that year of study and you pass all the exams (these conditions must be met all the period you receive scholarship); You agree to pass a technical test and to participate to an interview; You agree to sign a contract in conformity with the law (nr. 376 from 28/09/2004); You agree to work for Continental Automotive after graduation proportional to the number of years you received scholarship.		You may apply for a student scholarship if: You are a final year student in a relevant faculty; Your average marks during the 3rd year of study is higher then 8,50; You are among the top 20% of your year/specialisation.  You may apply for a master scholarship if: You are a Continental employee; You are first year master student; You agree to work for Continental Sibiu after graduation proportional to the period you received scholarship; You have not received another scholarship before.

Selection process

Phases

1. 2. Technical tests – you may choose one or several of the following subjects: ANSI C, microcontrollers, ASM, Java, C++, Matlab/Simulink, hardware and mechanics.
3. Interview – HR and technical.
