06.10.2007 Opening of the 1^st BestDrive Continental Truck Tyre Centre in Johor, Malaysia.

The managing director, Mr. Chuang Koon Seng, held an opening inviting suppliers, customers and other guests to jointly celebrate this memorable day with him.

They started the tire-retailing business in 1958. In 1972, Chuang Koon Seng took over the shop and started expanding it. In 1974, they opened their first branch in Century Garden. The following year, they were appointed as a Dunlop authorized dealer. In 1982, they were appointed as the first Dunlop Klinikar outlet in Malaysia, and subsequently were awarded the first Dunlop Klinikar Royale outlet in Johor in 1997. They also established the retread factory in Pasir Gudang in 1988. They were upgraded to BestDrive Continental Truck Tyre Centre this year, and have numerous tire shops under their belt.

Mr. Peter Hofmann, Sales & Marketing Director for Asia Pacific of Continental Sime Tyre Sdn Bhd (CST) was on hand to congratulate and officiate the opening.
