The half-day event covered topics such as tyre uniformity, tyre balancing, tyre inspection techniques and the guidelines for preparing a Standard Inspection Report.

A 'Question & Answer' session for the benefit of the participants was also conducted by trainers and presenters from Customer Service, which included Ong Chin Kiat, Lee Chok How and Bala Turupade.

Each dealer representative was later presented with a token of appreciation for their valued participation in this event.
