今回新しく発表する4ピストンキャリパーシリーズは、幅広くモーサーサイクル用品を手がけるフランスのベルリンガー社（BERINGER S.A）と共同で開発されました。モーターサイクル用キャリパーシリーズは、今回の4ピストンキャリパーをベースに、2007年の量産開始を予定し、お客様の技術的な要求に応えていく予定です。 より安全に、簡単なブレーキングを ベルリンガー社が特許を所有するAEROTECâ system をベースに、コンティネンタル･テーベスのエンジニアリング、製品、また製造技術を注入し、新デザインキャリパーに安全面でアドバンテージを盛り込みます。パッドウェアを改良したことに加え、新しいデザインではライダーにより最適で安定したブレーキングパフォーマンスを供給します。さらに、アンチロックブレーキシステム（ABS）といった電子制御ブレーキシステムとの組み合わせでは、従来のシステムと比較し、制動距離が縮小され、ABSコントロール中のハンドレバー、ペダルの脈動を減らすことが可能です。 コンティネンタル・テーベスのブレーキシステムはお客様に合わせたシステムソリューションを提供します コンティネンタル・テーベスは乗用車用、商用車用のモジュールシステム同様にモーターサイクル用キャリパー製品を形成しました。それにより、お客様の細かい要望にお応えすることが可能です。モーターサイクル用電子制御ブレーキのシステムサプライヤーとして、コンティネンタル・テーベスはブレーキシステム、電子部品、油圧制御ユニット（ABS）、センサーなどのコンポーネントだけでなく、一社ソーシングでコンベンショナルブレーキ（ブレーキキャリパー）の提供も可能となります。 The Continental Corporation is a leading supplier of brake systems, chassis components, vehicle electronics, tires and technical elastomers.
