Do I have to use all parts of ContiLifeCycle?
ContiLifeCycle (CLC) comprises different modules that can be freely selected and combined. These modules are: Continental New Tires, ContiCasingManagement, ContiRetreads and Regrooving. Which combination fits economically best is individually different for each fleet. We are supporting the decision process with our experienced sales representatives.

How can I find out which solution is the best for me as a fleet?
ContiLifeCycle Configurator is a tool that supports in finding the best solution. The economically best solution depends on many factors such as application, axle position, mileage etc. For each fleet, the Continental Sales representatives feed the ContiLifeCycle Configurator with the relevant data and calculate the most benecial combination.

Which retread solutions does Continental offer?
Continental offers ContiRe, the hot retreaded tire and ContiTread, tread liners for a cold retread solution as well as ContiCasingManagement.
ContiRe are produced with the same high quality standards as Continental new tires. A standardized quality system with endurance and safety testing ensures that ContiRe meet superior quality standards.

Do you use only Conti Casings and Conti Compounds for ContiRe?
With ContiRe we only use perfect Conti casings, the same compounds, pattern designs and also a corresponding manufacturing process as for new tires. 

What are the characteristics of ContiTread?
The pattern design for Conti Tread is the same as for new tires and offers therefore the same traction properties. The ContiTread tread liners are performing best with Conti casings. But it is of course possible to use them with casings from other manufacturers.

How can I use ContiCasingManagement?
Conti offers fleets and dealer to take back Continental casings within a lean and fast process. Continental offers an attractive casing value, for further details please contact your sales representatives.

Environment: How ‘green’ is the ContiLifeCycle?
The main “green” characteristics are:

• The fuel efficient design of new tires, ContiRe tires and ContiTread tread liners.
• The reuse of the casings
