	We have been manufacturing tyres for over a hundred years. And ever since official tests were introduced to take a critical look at tyres, we've always come away with top marks. This is partly because we have extensive experience in this field. And partly because we have a driving ambition to constantly improve the tyres we manufacture - in terms of safety, economy and comfort. That's what makes an ordinary tyre into a Semperit tyre. 	Fun at the wheel in winter? That means winter tyres from Semperit - tyres of distinction!

	For top performers - The new Speed-Grip In its issue 20/2006 “Autozeitung ” tested 11 different winter tyres size 205/55 R 16 H (for speeds up to 210 km/h - 131 mph). The new Speed-Grip convinced the testers and achieved the 2nd position in the test. Experts gave it the rating “Highly recommended”...				Top marks for the Winter-Grip In the test carried out by the “ADAC motorwelt”, and published in its issue 10/2004, the testers looked at 16 winter tyres size 165/70 R 14 T (up to 190 km/h - 118 mph) and the Winter-Grip from Semperit came away with top marks. “Very balanced, comfortable winter tyre, particularly good in snow, also good on ice. Fuel-saving rolling resistance” was the opinion of the experts, who awarded the Semperit Winter-Grip the rating “Highly recommended ”. No more skidding ...


	Our tyres for upper medium range and luxury vehicles proved in various tests that they were without exception recommended; this also included use at higher speeds:

	Sporty performance? A safe bet! The Direction-Sport If you like sporty performance, then your safety is particularly important. That was what the testers from the German motoring magazine “ADAC motorwelt” also discovered when they put 15 summer tyres size 205/55 R 16 V (for speeds up to 240 km/h - 150 mph) through their paces in spring 2004. They particularly highlighted the low wear and low rolling resistance on the Direction-Sport. The tyre fulfilled all expectations in the demanding consumer test and was awarded the overall rating “Recommended”. The fact that the Direction-SportSport has long fulfilled today's quality criteria is something it had already demonstrated the year before. In spring 2003 it was also one of the best performers when the German motoring magazine “ auto motor und sport” tested five summer tyres size 205/55 R 16 W (for speeds up to 270 km/h - 168 mph). Very good braking performance in the wet, low rolling resistance and low rolling noise on the Semperit Direction-Sport once again earned the tyre much praise and the overall rating “Recommended”				Incredibly quiet ride – The Speed-Comfort Fast, comfortable driving = Speed-Comfort! The reasons for this became clear in spring 2003 when the German motoring magazine “ADAC motorwelt” tested the Semperit, along with 14 other summer tyres, size 185/60 R 14 H. The ADAC specialists described the Semperit Speed-Comfort von Semperit as a "comfortable tyre with low exterior noise, low rolling resistance and good driving characteristics on dry roads." Good arguments for rating it as “Recommended” …
