For the third time, the show truck from Continental’s Commercial Vehicle Tires division is setting out on its journey across Europe again. The focus of this year’s tour through 18 countries will be on the world of experience for the new generation of tires and the Conti360° Fleet Services.

Hanover, May 2010. As in the past two years, the show truck from Continental’s Commercial Vehicle Tires division will be rolling across Europe again. The world of experience for the new generation of tires and the Conti360° Fleet Services will form the center point this year. The presentation starts with the right choice of tire and goes right up to the second life as a retreaded tire. The partner for this year’s tour is Scania’s Hanover branch, which is supporting the tour with an R 420 tractor unit.

The tour started in Barcelona on May 3 and will pass through 18 European countries. It will stop off in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and the Benelux countries among others before ending in south eastern Europe in October 2010. The highlights of the tour include the new ContiTireFinder, the ContiLifeCycle and the new HD Hybrid tire. Of course, an updated ContiCostCalculator is also on board to provide information on the costs related to all tires. This year, visitors can move through the exhibition interactively thanks to a new concept and also see the new tires at first hand.
