SE-Tyres of Continental: The Continental Super-Elastic-Tyres (CSE) were produced in Korbach since 1966.At that time, it was an absolute innovation in the market. The reason being only Press on bands and Industrial Pneumatic Tyres for service on industrial trucks existed till 1965. Continental AG has now developed the first Solid Tyre, which fits on the rim without a press. So the CSE-Product Range was formed and today CSE-Tyres are delivered to the customers all over the world from Korbach.
SIT simplifies fitting:
Continental developed the SIT (Snap in Tyre) at first. That was the first important innovation of the SE-Tyres field. A patented solution which really saves time. The patented SIT design - Snap-In-Tyre - has no loose parts, so the rim fits 100%. No loose parts, also means lower costs, plus quick and easy fitting.
