Foundation for growth in Asia & US Dollar markets

06/01/2009 Hanover June 2009. Continental Industrial Tires announced they have agreed a Joint Venture with Sri Lankan solid tire manufacturer Eu-Retec (Pvt) Limited. Continental will take the majority share in the Joint Venture agreement. Commenting on the agreement Dr. Michael Maertens, the Managing Director of the Continental Industrial Tires Business Unit said "This agreement gives us the foundation to improve our market position in the growth region of Asia and US dollar markets such as the United States." |
