ConRad HT – new radial tire generation from Continental

In industrial usage, tires perform extremely grueling work. The industrial radial tire ConRad HT (Continental Radial Half Track) from Continental was developed specifically for the increasing requirements of industry. Thanks to its exceptional tread depth the ConRad HT is suited for tough applications on paved surfaces. The particular strength of the ConRad HT are its extended mileage performance and its resistance to injury, the latter thanks to a sidewall with rim flange protection. This translates into economy and safety - two key criteria for sustained use in industry. The asymmetrical tread pattern design provides for uniform wear - especially at abrasion-intensive wheel positions on twin-fitment and steering axles - and thus for a long tire service life. The smooth shoulder edges and the reinforced sidewall on the ConRad HT offer protection from tread chunking and other injury - dangers that are particularly acute when the vehicle operates in close quarters with difficult maneuverability.

Continental Super Elastic (CSE) SC15 Super Clean

Super-Elastic tires are solid rubber tires for pneumatic tire rims. They have exceptionally tough and wear-resistant treads for a long service life. Steel wire beads are embedded in the tire base, which is made of a patented compound. They see to it that the tire remains firmly seated on the rim.

In the Continental Super Elastic class, the CSE Robust SC 15 is the innovative response to the extreme requirements tires must measure up to in industrial applications. With its sturdy sides and ruggedly large tread blocks, this failure-proof tire copes easily with extremely poor road conditions. The low rolling resistance, the exceptional tread and regrooving depth and strong resistance to tilt make for economy and safety.

The CSE Robust SC 15 is a specialist for use on fork lifts and in-plant transport vehicles operating at speeds of up to 25 km/h. This tough all-around tire provides reliable service in many different places - in the construction and beverage industries, in the automotive and chemical industries, in paper factories, port operations and at airports.

The non-chalking CSC Super Clean SC 15 possesses the same outstanding properties as the above model. It is different in that it has a light-colored tread and sidewall compound. The CSC SuperClean SC 15 is thus an expert in providing clean service. Thanks to its light-colored, wear-resistant and non-chalking tread, it does not leave any black driving and braking marks and thus does not dirty the floor. For this reason it is especially prized in the foodstuffs industry, but also in the domains of pharmaceuticals, optical instruments, electronics and space aeronautics.
