Depending on the local whether conditions in the country of our soccer partners, this means that our connected tire dealers are mounting summer or/and winter tires on their vehicles if necessary. In the winter tire markets we do recommend to change from summer to winter tires and back when temperatures permanently decrease under/increase above seven degrease plus – like we recommend it for all other car drivers.

The reason: everybody in the winter tire markets adapting his tires to the whether conditions is investing into his own safety in road traffic and in addition to that saving money in the long run. This was shown in an internal study called "Continental study regarding abration of winter tires in summer and summer tires in winter” which was published during our yearly winter roadshow in October 2004.
