Electronic air suspension systems automatically adapt damping and spring characteristics to changing driving conditions of the motorcycle. As a result, rolling and pitching movements are substantially reduced. The air damping system is the first of its kind worldwide to use air for damping purposes. A piston moves in an aluminium cylinder which is filled with air, as opposed to oil. A part of this air is squeezed out by the piston during the damping process and therefore creates an additional progressive absorption effect. Another part flows through the valves, creating a damping effect.
Sensors and electronics from both systems result in a perfectly tuned reaction of suspension, engine control and brake system – important under critical driving situations. Advantages of this system are a near fully automatic adaptation to the load, reduced weight and design. We supply electronic air suspension systems including air supply unit,, valve block, control unit, sensors, software and air spring.
