The ContiPremiumContact 2 Thanks to the exceptional tread design of the new ContiPremiumContact 2, the summer tire sets standards for braking on dry and wet roads. The tread's unique feature is the 3D groove with its flat and steep flanks that make the tread blocks very stable, even in critical driving situations such as avoidance maneuvers. With the new tire, which was developed especially for the medium-size and luxury categories, Continental engineers have made considerable advancements in aquaplaning performance, steering precision, handling characteristics and rolling noise. Additionally, a new type of tire contour in conjunction with the use of a 3rd generation silica compound made it possible to improve the mileage performance even further. |

The ContiSportContact 2 Vmax – approved for speeds up to 360 km/h The starting point for this super sports tire was the successful ContiSportContact 2 rated for speeds up to 330 km/h which was enhanced to deliver a significant gain in high-speed capability. Continental's tire engineers incorporated more tread grooves in order to attain maximum cooling of the tire, even when traveling at the highest speeds. Tire handling also benefits from tread depths of between 6.3 and 7 millimeters, which are slightly lower than those of the basic model. And to ensure its safety properties on wet roads, the negative tread ratio was increased. Theses features also give the new asymmetric ContiSportContact 2 Vmax a very different look from the "standard" ContiSportContact 2. The ContiSportContact 2 Vmax is the world's first road tire approved for speeds up to 360 km/h. |

The range is comprehensive, with an impressive spectrum of over 100 different versions and sizes – one of the biggest ranges of sports tires for one brand in the market.
