The development and production program of Powertrain & Chassis business unit consists of electronic chassis control systems (air damping, air suspension, ride control system, active roll stabilization), systems and components for powertrain control (engine, transmissions) and intelligent actuator technology (active accelerator pedal, EGR/VTG controller) as well as oil condition sensors.

Each of these technologies, as individual components or parts of the over-all system, makes a valuable contribution to increasing the performance of modern automobiles and commercial vehicles in the spheres of active driving safety, economic viability and environmental compatibility.
