The current developmentĀ or ourĀ driving safety technology is ESC II. As a logical extension of the current ESC, it opens up new dimensions in driving dynamics and stability by introducing an active steering control function (ASC).

ESC II works on the basis of the sensors already used by ESC, but it offers distinctly more comfort and safety in the proven ABS, EBD, TCS and AYC functions:

Our ESC II is based on a future electronic braking system - MK60E or MK25E. Enhanced by an interface to the steering system (optional to electronic vehicle suspension systems) our ESC II is extremely well positioned for next-generation vehicles.

*ESC (Electronic Stability Control) = ESP (Electronic Stability Program)
