The dividend for the previous fiscal year (subject to the approval of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting) is payed once a year. The dividend is paid out on the next banking day after the day of the AGM.

The net loss of Continental AG disallows in 2009 the distribution of dividends for fiscal year 2008.
