The dividend for the previous fiscal year (subject to the approval of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting) is payed once a year. The dividend is paid out on the next banking day after the day of the AGM.

For fiscal 2007, the supervisory and Executive Boards proposed a dividend of EUR 2.00 per share (payout ratio of 31.7%) to the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2008. The AGM agreed to this proposal.
