The Supervisory Board of Infineon AG, Munich, has appointed Dr. Wolfgang Ziebart as the future Chairman of the Executive Board of Infineon AG.
The Supervisory Board of Continental AG, Hanover, has appointed Thomas Sattelberger (53) to the company's Executive Board, where he will be responsible for the area of Human Resources.

The Corporate Communications department at Continental has undergone a restructuring process. The changes have now been completed with the addition of a new colleague on October 1st.

Effective April 1, 2001 at the latest, Dr. Heimo Prokop (43) will join Continental AG in Hannover to become the company's new head of Corporate Communications.
