Re-use of tires can be found in the used-tires market. Used tires with a still sufficient profile depth arise when changing all tires of the vehicle, e.g. when changing from summer to winter tires. These tires originate mainly from the non-accelerated vehicle axle. Tires for re-use are also exported. Official statistics about foreign trading reveal the export countries as well as the amounts exported.
