How did you find out about Continental?
In hunting around for an internship slot, I applied and received an offer to do an internship in the recruiting area in Regensburg.

Why did you decide to write your degree thesis at Continental?
Work flows, colleagues, subject areas. Actually, I liked every bit of what I was allowed to get to know. The area of college marketing was something I took a particular liking to. That is why I realized early on that I wanted to do my degree thesis here. 

How does one apply for a position like yours?
Applying is simple. Everyone can look for a suitable position on the Continental career page. You just log in and send off the application straightaway online. Personally, the prompt response surprised me: I received an invitation for an interview just two days later – and shortly after that I was accepted.

How would you describe the working atmosphere?
The working atmosphere is fantastic. The colleagues are very nice and helpful. This makes working here a pleasure.

Do you spend a lot of time working in teams, maybe with other interns or students also working on their degree theses?
I certainly do! The ability to work in a team is the basic prerequisite for successful work. I cooperate a lot with other interns – in other departments as well, of course. 

What career opportunities or future prospects do you envision for yourself here at Continental?
First I want to successfully complete my studies. Everything after that is still up in the air for the time being. In general, I don't want future dreams to dictate what I do at the moment. I'd rather just wait and see what comes up.
