The target of our student binding program is to give talented and motivated students the opportunity to expand their practical experience in our company and to early enthuse them for working within Continental. Students who showed an excellent performance during their internship or time as a working student at Continental and want to qualify for a career within Continental can be nominated for ProMotion.
