Electrical Engineering / Information Technology

You experience the fascination of technology in theory and practice in these dual courses. In addition to scientific, engineering principles, you are also given the specialist knowledge that you need to understand and design the innovations of tomorrow. At Continental electro-technology / information technology engineers are faced with varied challenges: Their fields of work include research and development, testing and quality, maintenance and management.

Degrees

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science
  • Depending on the course, you may also take part in a Chamber of Commerce program leading to an apprenticeship qualification.

Cooperation partners

The locations work with various universities and vocational schools.

Process

  • Study at the associated university or vocational school
  • Practical phases in companies, some with apprenticeship qualifications
  • Some international internships at a Continental plant
  • Participation in additional measures (seminars, language teaching, tours etc.)
  • Three-month Bachelor dissertation produced in connection with a current task in the company

Duration of training

6 - 9 semesters (depending on the location/course)
