As a business engineer you will be used in the company where technology meets business management. These wide-ranging courses give you the necessary skills to work successfully with the specialist knowledge of an engineer and the commercial experience of a business manager in these important  areas of interaction. The areas of work are varied, e.g. in customer-oriented product development, the sale of high-tech products, procurement or production planning.

Degrees

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science / Diplom
• Depending on the location/course, you may also take part in a Chamber of Commerce program leading to an apprenticeship qualification.

Process

• Study at the associated university or vocational school
• Practical phases in companies, some with apprenticeship qualifications
• Some international internships at a Continental plant
• Participation in additional measures (seminars, language teaching, tours etc.)
• Three-month Bachelor dissertation produced in connection with a current task in the company

6 - 9 semesters (depending on the location)
