The ContiTech management program, the specialist for high-tech products made of rubber and plastic, is designed to be effective and provides in-depth insight into all professional and personal competencies you will need to become an executive at our company. Content During the program that is scheduled for a period of six or seven years you will become familiar with some critical work fields such as Research & Development, Manufacturing, Controlling, Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Engineering and Purchasing. During that time, you will take on an increasing amount of responsibility in the various different Group divisions and your progress will be focused on becoming prepared to assume a position in executive management. Your profile- A pronounced interest in business management issues
- Practical experience at a junction between economic and technical feasibility
- Above-average and quickly completed degree in a technical / scientific or economic study program at a renowned university
- Excellent English language skills and skills in at least one other foreign language
- International experience personality geared towards a leadership position, characterized by dedication and determination
