About the Continental Automotive Trainee Program: Within the 24 months of our Continental Automotive Trainee Program in Germany you will get a global insight in the Automotive departments during three assignments of each 8 months (including one assignment abroad) - Your challenge: comprehensive training on the job in different areas
Your choice: assignments can be in research & development, engineering, technical marketing/sales, logistics, manufacturing, controlling or IT Your chance: you will spend one of the assignments abroad Your support: an experienced manager will be at your side during the whole program

Your profile If you wish to join the race, you should bring along the following starting criteria: You are fascinated by innovations in Automotive technologies- You are an excellent university graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
- You have already practical experience through internships
- You have already international experience (study abroad or internship)
- You have an excellent command of English and German
- You are creative with the capability to solve complex tasks
- You are a responsible team player and you have excellent communication skills
