Content

During the program that is scheduled for a period of six or seven years you will become familiar with all of the critical work fields from development to production through to market support. During that time, you will take on an increasing amount of responsibility in the various different Group divisions and your progress will be focused on becoming prepared to assume a position in executive management.

Your profile

• A pronounced interest in business management issues
• Practical experience at a junction between economic and technical feasibility
• Above-average and quickly completed degree in a technical / scientific or economic study program at a renowned university
• Excellent English language skills and skills in at least one other foreign language
• International experience personality geared towards a leadership position, characterized by dedication and determination
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to mobility and to work abroad
