As a leading tire manufacturer, Continental could provide you with the beginning of an (exciting or dynamic) international career. When do you want to start?
The Conti EXPLORE program is running at the Research & Development headquarters in the Tires division in Hannover, Germany. During the Trainee Pool period you will work closely together with other international trainees, experts in different technical fields and members of management. You organize your project – the Trainee Pool – on your own and decide what your priorities are. Every trainee completes two challenging individual projects and a global business assignment which allows you to understand the tire development process and global Conti business. Your team is responsible for managing its budget to cover the means for presentations, workshops and excursions, which might be Conti’s plants, customers and suppliers.
Additionally a three-month plant stay is part of the Trainee Program. Upon completion of the Trainee pool and after starting at an R & D department, you will complete an external assignment related to your daily business at one of our international plants.
To round off the program, you will spend a month with one of our sales organizations and get an inside view on the tire dealerships and day to day business with customers.
In a very free and open framework, the "Conti EXPLORE Initiative" prepares you for breath-taking project tasks in an intercultural setting, followed up by room for qualified perspectives. Management and experts accompany you along the way.

Conti EXPLORE - Requirements
Your profile:
You are a university graduate (Bachelor, Master or Ph.D.) with a background in science or engineering and a passion for automobiles and technology. You are also creative, self-motivated, open-minded and a responsible team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
And you have an excellent command of English for international communications.
