Endurance testing for passenger car tires as well as for light truck tires

This testing machine enables you to test the durability of your tires with a combination of internal pressure of the tire, loading force and speed of rotation. Of course the impact on the tire should be way higher then in reality to reduce the time needed until the tire shows malfunctions such as buckling.
The machine provides the possibility to realize all combinations of the three main parameters and influencers on a tire regarding the guidelines and standards of ETRTO (European Tire and Rim Technical Organization).

The main aim is to detect the developing failure early enough to remove the tire from the machine before the tire is seriously damaged.
By this means quality management gets the opportunity to document and to associate this specific defect either to a faulty design or to common abrasion.

We assure this early detection with the aid of a bulge indicator.
