Strategic goals were formulated in order to increase the quality of the training program. Training projects throughout Germany deal with topics, such as the optimization of the Continental Bachelor program and the rigorous orientation of the performance management process for trainees. In addition, new projects are started regularly, such as close cooperation with schools and the continuous individual development of training officers.
