In our estimation, four human resources policy challenges of particular significance – now and in the future – can be discerned at the corporate level: - Social security which can react flexibly to demographic and structural changes
- Internationally competitive labor costs and flexibility with regard to labor, in order to be able to respond to current market requirements
- High level of qualification of employees and part-time, lifelong learning processes in order to keep pace with changes in technology and the world of employment
- Decentralized and open working and management structures, which enable employees to participate actively and influence decisions
