Partnership Initiatives

In our estimation, four human resources policy challenges of particular significance – now and in the future – can be discerned at the corporate level:

  1. Social security which can react flexibly to demographic and structural changes
  2. Internationally competitive labor costs and flexibility with regard to labor, in order to be able to respond to current market requirements
  3. High level of qualification of employees and part-time, lifelong learning processes in order to keep pace with changes in technology and the world of employment
  4. Decentralized and open working and management structures, which enable employees to participate actively and influence decisions

We are meeting these personnel policy challenges with creative initiatives relating to shared responsibility for the Company and its employees:

These initiatives are:

  1. Age-related working hours
  2. Lifelong working
  3. Support for individual pension provisions
  4. Health promotion
  5. Individual advice and support at an early stage
  6. Participation in success
  7. Extension of working hours
  8. Flexible working hours
  9. Efficiency of working hours
  10. Securing low-wage sectors
  11. Qualification pact
  12. Training pact
  13. Labor organization, participation and mobility
  14. Communication and information
