Continental has been conferring the so-called BASICS Award since 2003. It singles out employees or teams that have made a particular effort on behalf of the corporation to implement the BASICS through exemplary initiatives and exceptional commitment. The awards are handed out each year. Eligible for consideration are projects in various categories for which a connection to the BASICS can be established. Category: Stakeholder • Partnerships: Customer, supplier and market orientation Category: Products and services • Uncompromising quality Category: Corporate culture • Culture of high-performance An international jury decides who is to be singled out. The jury is made up of senior executives and employee representatives from the corporation. |
