The “100 Best HRM Companies” focuses on the evaluation of human resource management in China and is sponsored by 51job, Inc. (NASDAQ: JOBS), the largest HR service provider in the country. With “concern for young employees” as the theme for 2010, companies were identified through an initial screening comprising of thousands of companies, which was followed by data collecting and detailed analysis of hundreds of candidate companies, combined with telephone and face-to-face interviews with 196 companies. With the honor of 2010, Continental was awarded to be the "100 Best HRM Companies" in year 2011 continuously.
