The program:

The duration of the Postgraduate Trainee Program will be 2 years.
Our Trainees will mainly work on projects in China, but will also have the opportunity to be assigned to projects in other Asian countries and Germany.
The program is complemented by technical, soft skills and basic business trainings to sharpen professional as well as methodical and communication skills. For each participant an individual training plan will be developed.
The work location for all Trainees will be our Headquarters in Shanghai. Due to the rotation plan, candidates need to be mobile.

The program is offerred in 2 different areas: Finance & Controlling and IT. While the Finance & Controlling program covers different areas of controlling (central controlling, business unit controlling and plant controlling), the IT program focuses on a specific IT field (manufacturing execution systems, product lifecycle management and SAP finance & controlling),

The requirements:

You have very good university degree with a background in economics, computer sciences or engineering. You are fluent in English. Moreover, you are passionate about automobiles and technology, creative, self-motivated, open-minded and a responsibile team player who enjoys working in a multicultrual environment.
